Together with Heli Linth, HeliBernina operates a certified ATO (Approved Training Organization) with a valid CH.ATO.0177 approval certificate. Practice-oriented and experienced flight instructors lead the lessons. Training takes place on Airbus Helicopters H125 (formerly AS 350B3e Ecureuil).

Mountain Handbook "The Secrets of Mountain Flying"
In the mountain handbook, pilots share a collected treasure trove of tips and tricks with all pilots around the world. In a perfect world, a pilot leaves nothing to chance and can focus 100 percent on the flying tasks. However, today's reality presents a significant potential for distractions of all kinds. Especially when things don't go according to plan, when lead times are limited, or when planning is evolving, the pilot must find a way to focus entirely on the truly essential things.

The mountain handbook, written by Simon Wittinger and published by the Swiss Helicopter Association (SHA), shares knowledge from pilots for pilots. It is a technical manual for helicopter pilots who are either preparing for their mountain flying extension or seeking further education.
